CPSI is currently a $16 million company. CPSI provides local and regional
services to the greater Baltimore, Washington and Northern Virginia
metro marketplaces. We currently have approximately 170 employees and
have provided nationwide services for large government agencies and
systems integrators.

Yes, provided the independent contractor meets the requirements defined
by the IRS.
Also:
• The contractor must be represented by an incorporated or limited
liability company.
• The incorporated company must carry workers’ comp and
general liability insurances sufficient for CPSI’s and its customers’
purposes.
• The company, not the employee, must share in the business risk
of any contract with CPSI.

CPSI’s office hours are 8:30 to 5pm EST. CPSI account reps and
recruiters are available and on call around the clock. With our strong
commitment to your success, we will adjust our schedules to fit yours.
